Health Needs Assessment. Basic Principles of Communication in Medical History. Active listening Techniques. Principles and techniques of feedback. Introduction to basic practical skills: Infection control (hand hygiene, gloving, prevention of bloodstream infections, safe waste disposal), Vital signs measurement (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, oxygen saturation), Injections (intradermal, intramuscular, subcutaneous), Basic Life Support and use of automatic external defibrillator (BLS-AED).
