Evidence Based Medicine (MD1058) ECTS

Following successful completion of the module, students will be able to, transform clinical questions into PICO questions, search for the best available primary and secondary evidence to address the PICO question, critically appraise evidence accrued for the PICO question set, priorities therapeutic choices or diagnostic strategies based on expected gain or harm, synthesize available therapeutic/diagnostic options with values and preferences of individual patients.
