DESCRIPTION

During the lectures: Goal is the acquisition of basic anatomical knowledge in the areas of Osteology, Syndesmology and Myology, that will help the students understand the physiology, pathology and surgery of the human musculoskeletal system. The anatomical terminology is particularly emphasized, with all the anatomical terms regarding relation, location, direction, comparison and kinesiology, of the parts and areas of the body as well as the landmarks of the human body. During practical classes: Goal is the distinction and recognition onto the anatomical model and the dried human bones of the anatomical characteristics of the bones, ligaments, muscles and joints.
