PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW IN ORDER TO SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION AND START THE REGISTRATION PROCESS:
Fill out all necessary information on your online application and submit it
One of our admissions advisors will contact you, in the next three (3) working days, to guide you through the submission of all required documents and payments
If you are eligible for admission, you will be invited to an interview via online video conference and sit a multiple choice examination
Once admitted, you will receive an admission offer letter
Following the interview, selected applicants are instructed to take part in the digital examination. A deposit of 1,200 euros is mandatory before the exam. In case of admission, the amount is deducted from the registration fees. In case of failure, the deposit is refunded except 200 euros justified for administrative fees. If a candidate is not taking part in the examinations, the full deposit will be withheld.
Following the final admission decision, students will have to pay 4,800 euros to finalize their registration and a second installment of 6,000 euros by January 15
The Administration Office provides administrative and secretariats support to the administrative bodies of the School of Medicine. The Office manages both students’ issues (from registration to graduation) and the work of all bodies of the School (General Assembly, Board of Directors, Electoral Bodies etc.). Moreover, it holds the protocol and the archives of the School. It also processes all subjects coming from the faculty.

Through the recent development of the IT Center of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, many procedures have been simplified and the need for personal contact with the Administration Office has been minimized.
The e-Secretary offers to the students the following services:
- online registration of compulsory and elective course
- view of courses grade
- online request of certificates
- electronically signed certificates to e-mail address
