PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW IN ORDER TO SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION AND START THE REGISTRATION PROCESS:
Fill out all necessary information on your online application and submit it
One of our admissions advisors will contact you, in the next three (3) working days, to guide you through the submission of all required documents and payments
If you are eligible for admission, you will be invited to an interview via online video conference and sit a multiple choice examination
Once admitted, you will receive an admission offer letter
Following the interview and initial selection process, applicants are requested to commit to one of the following: a. Should a candidate be accepted and exempted from the entrance exam due to previous examination, they have to deposit 6,000€ (non refundable) in due time to finalize their registration. b. Should a candidate be instructed to sit the digital entrance exam, they have to deposit 1,200€ prior to the exam date. In case of final admission, the amount is deducted from the registration fees and the applicant has to deposit the rest 4,800€ (non refundable) following the exam in due course to finalize their registration. In case of rejection following the exam, the deposit is fully refunded.
Student admission is completed only after deliberation of the AUSoM Committee.
Upon receipt of letter of admission, an installment of 6,000€ has to be deposited directly upon acceptance and the second one at the end of winter semester. No admission deposit is refundable.
The Administration Office provides administrative and secretariats support to the administrative bodies of the School of Medicine. The Office manages both students’ issues (from registration to graduation) and the work of all bodies of the School (General Assembly, Board of Directors, Electoral Bodies etc.). Moreover, it holds the protocol and the archives of the School. It also processes all subjects coming from the faculty.

Through the recent development of the IT Center of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, many procedures have been simplified and the need for personal contact with the Administration Office has been minimized.
The e-Secretary offers to the students the following services:
- online registration of compulsory and elective course
- view of courses grade
- online request of certificates
- electronically signed certificates to e-mail address
