We are thrilled to announce that our AUSoM Associate Professor Zoi Tsimtsiou has played a key role in shaping the National Strategy for Quality of Care and Patient Safety 2025-2030!

This major milestone was a collaboration between the WHO Office on Quality of Care and Patient Safety, the Ministry of Health of Greece, and the Agency for Quality Assurance in Health (AQAH). Professor Tsimtsiou led the authorship of the Needs Assessment Report and the National Curriculum for Quality of Care and Patient Safety Training.

The program, funded by the European Commission through DG REFORM, aims to elevate healthcare quality and safety nationally.
